One-day birthing class! ENGLISH (in the afternoon!)

With the one-day delivery course you will be informed in 1 half of the day of all the ‘in and outs’ about childbirth. Short and concise, ideal when you have little time for a course or when there is a need for good preparation last minute. Suitable for everyone, whether you’re having your first or next baby. The program is a combination of theory, practical tips and breathing exercises.

The teacher will teach live in English!
